Membership Cancellations and Refunds
A new member may cancel their agreement without penalty prior to midnight on the third business day after the date of the agreement by submitting a signed and dated written notice of cancellation postmarked within this time and sent by certified mail to Thriveology, LLC, 2077 Zaragoza Road, El Paso, TX 79938. If membership has been cancelled within this timeframe, Thriveology will issue a full refund for any payments made by the member.
Any request for refund that is made after midnight on the third business day after the date of the agreement shall be made at the sole discretion of Thriveology, LLC.
All sales and charges related to trips are FINAL. No refunds.
